2009 SAT cohort data are embargoed until the press release on Tuesday, August 25 at 11:00 am (ET). These data are intended for internal use only and may not be shared with the public until that time. Overview:
State Reports offer a detailed picture of this year's college-bound students. Students' participation and performance on the SAT Reasoning Test™, SAT Subject Tests™, AP®, and PSAT/NMSQT® exams are provided. The reports included are:- College-Bound Seniors Report provides mean scores for your state, disaggregated by gender and ethnicity, as well as number of test-takers, coursework information, self-reported GPA, and many other variables. State-level data is also compared to the total group.

PSAT/NMSQT College-Bound Juniors and College-Bound Sophomores Reports provide participation and performance on the PSAT/NMSQT. Reports are provided for juniors only and sophomores only, respectively. Information on the number of test-takers, ethnic background, participation in Student Search Service®, self-reported GPA, year completing high school and entering college, performance by score range, and college major are provided. State-level data is also compared to the region and the total group.

State Integrated Summary provides information on students’ performance and participation on SAT, AP and PSAT/NMSAT exams. State-level data is compared to the total group, data from previous years, and by ethnic group. Trends in SAT Reasoning Test performance are also reported in terms of academic preparation and PSAT/NMSQT participation.
For each state, two versions of each of the reports described above are available. One report is based on the overall population; one report is based on the state’s public
school population.

How to access your reports:
To access your state reports, you will need to create a user account (see Sign In to View Reports), as well as have an access code. After you sign into your account
and enter your access code, you will be able to view your reports.
Access codes are provided by the College Board regional staff. You may contact the College Board Call Center at (212) 373-8810 or via e-mail with any questions.
