New Skills Insight Hundreds of practice items
The Summary of Answers and Skills (SOAS) report allows you to take a closer, detailed look at your students' scores and skill performance. It's a tool that can help you make adjustments to your
curricula and instructional practices and identify remediation efforts to improve learning. Your report contains:
How to access reports: You’ll need a College Board account and an access code.
- Performance Overview: number of students tested per grade, their mean scores, and College-Readiness Benchmark.
- Skills Analysis: performance on each College Readiness Skill and alignment of skills to test questions.
- Question Analysis: Answer patterns reveal strengths and learning gaps. New online resources like Test Questions and Answer Explanations and State Standards Alignments will help you analyze trends in greater detail.
- Comparable Group Analysis: Quickly ‘eyeball’ where your students’ performance diverges from what might be expected based on their overall performance.
How to access reports: You’ll need a College Board account and an access code.
Schools: Your access code is on your school’s PSAT/NMSQT® Roster of Student Scores and Plans and was emailed to the PSAT/NMSQT Coordinator and principal.
Districts: Your access code was emailed or mailed to the district data contact designated in the district contract or SOAS order form.
